Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Qaiser M. Siddiqui
Qaiser M. Siddiqui is a seasoned development professional with over 20 years of experience in Pakistan’s development sector, specializing in policy formulation, strategic planning, and programme management. He currently serves as CEO of Inspire Pakistan, working with partners like UNHCR, GIZ, and ECHO on community protection and refugee welfare.
He is also the National Program Expert on Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling with UNODC Pakistan, contributing to national action plans, training curricula, and capacity-building initiatives for FIA and police. He collaborates with ICMPD to combat trafficking linked to fake job advertisements.
Previously, he has worked with UNHCR and UNESCO on refugee affairs and human rights programmes. He is actively involved in training law enforcement, judiciary, and civil society on human rights, trafficking, and project management.
He holds an MBA (Finance) and an MA in International Relations and has served as a visiting Associate Professor, teaching various subjects related to management and human rights.

Zia-ur-Rehman Zabeeh Awan
Mr. Zia-ur-Rehman Zabeeh Awan is a career senior Ex-Bureaucrat, Philanthropist, and Entrepreneur, a dynamic, result-orientated, and focused individual who has successfully integrated a full range of public relations and administrative capabilities. His forte is his strength and charisma that renders him an effective communicator; successfully building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. His professionalism and devotion to duty, high moral and ethical values, drive, and determination render him one of the most respectable national figures.

Nadir Ali Khan
Mr. Nadir Ali a graduate from NIBM. After his bachelorate he did his MBA in 2000 from NIBM and in the year 2003 University of Hull. Mr. Nadir Ali has been working in Standard Chartered Bank and in the year 2006 for Shahzad group of companies. Mr. Nadir Ali has also worked for the Pakistan Oil field Limited.

Mian Tahir Shah
Mr. Mian Tahir Shah graduated from Ayub Medical College in 1989, he started off with his career at lady Reading hospital as a surgical intern and later joined Khyber Medical Centre as a medical officer for general surgeries. In the year 2002 Mian Tahir Ali completed his FRCSI from Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and served there as a senior house officer. Mian Tahir is currently working as a consultant surgeon in armed forces hospital in Saudia Arabia from the past six years and has attained management and administration skills. As a doctor he has a unique aspiration for serving humanity
